After more than 10 years of research on optimal control techniques applied to nonlinear and unstable dynamic systems in the Space Research Group of the University of Alcalá (SRG-UAH), impact results related to a new generation of controllers and planners have been achieved. Therefore, in order to commercially exploit them, SOTICOL Robotics Systems is founded in 2013 and it is created as a spin-off from the University of Alcalá.
